Become a Certified Pharmacy Benefits Organization

Are you looking to grow your organization by focusing on the level of service you provide them? It’s a known fact that it costs organizations much less to keep a customer or employee than it does to find a new one. That’s just one of the many reasons why we train organizations across the globe to deliver superior service so they can scale by attracting and retaining customers with pharmacy benefits management excellence.

In order to achieve pharmacy benefits excellence, education and strategy is imperative. Organizations must continually stay abreast regarding new standards, trends and best practices as well as continually build their skills to achieve pharmacy benefits excellence.

Pharmacy Benefit Institute of America works with you and your team to provide an independent assessment of your pharmacy benefit management standards and systems in order to certify you. Once certified with the PBIA, which is accredited by the University of North Carolina (UNC)-Chapel Hill Eshelman School of Pharmacy and recognized by leading organizations globally, you will obtain the Certified Pharmacy Benefits Organization (CPBO) designation.

Three Step Process

Once you inquire about becoming a CPBO, a member of our team will reach out to you to answer any questions you may have and to begin the pre-certification (1) process.
